Found a pair of designer shoes on this website for about two hundred and fifty dollars less than current retail. However, Look at the photos! The jewels are not the same color. The denim is not distressed in the same spots. Obviously fake. Why would anyone order from a company that doesn't even have a phone number? Ridiculous! No matter what your complaint is, they write the same response." We are so sorry you had trouble please email us." Read the reviews people. It's not a good deal when the items are not authentic and you can't call anyone and you have to pay a return fee. Or not allowed to return them at all! It's just a mess. A hot mess!

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from a website that sells luxury items at discounted priceswho doesn't even have a contact phone number!

I purchased a pair of slippers two and a half weeks ago. I called today and they said they could refund me or resend them as they are still available. I opted for the reorder. The customer service rep was very friendly. He said he checked the tracking and the package was lost. No offense, but I could barely understand him. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I am waiting to see if the second pair shows up. Thus far i'm not impressed with their handling of online orders.

Tip for consumers:
The customer service person was professional, polite and very helpful.

I couldn't say. I've been waiting nearly three weeks for a package that has not arrived. supposedly there sending out another pair. I will update my review once I receive them. That is, if I receive them.

I have always had really good luck with steve madden shoes. Heels in particular. They run a little small so order one 1/2 size up. I only buy their shoes that are real leather. Steve madden makes many different lines with different standards of quality in my opinion. Recently I received a pair I was not happy with. They were marked final sale. I called steve madden and they graciously allowed me a return and refund. Steve madden's best shoes and styles can be found at nordstrom, where I shop often. I probably won't buy directly from steve madden again because of their final sale return policy. At least at a major retailer I can get them shipped and returned for free if necessary. I recently went to a steve madden outlet store and was shocked. The quality was not at all what I was used to. I'm sticking with the selection at nordstrom. Just bought four pair and love them!

They do run small. Size up.

I own a louis vuitton mahina purchased directly from louis vuitton. I noticed several on this website and knew by looking at the placement of the hardware they were not authentic. I reached out to them to let them know, thinking they'd be all over it.They were rude, nasty, argumentative and defensive. I emailed them a photo of my genuine bag showing them the hardware that should be on it. They had the nerve to tell my bag was not a mahina! Though I purchased it directly from a louis vuitton store. Wow! I decided then and there I would never deal with this company. I left the same review on another website to which they responded horribly. Literally tried to verbally crucify me.

Tip for consumers:
Is very nasty people. They do not authenticate properly. If you contact them about it nicely they will tear your head off.

I reached out to them a few years ago about a Louis Vuitton XL Mahina bag they had listed. I knew by the placement of the rivets that it was not authentic. I know this, because I have this bag,purchased directly from Louis Vuitton. When I did get a response they were very rude and defensive. I even sent them a photo of the rivet placement on my authentic bag. They tried to tell me my bag was not a Mahina. I left an honest review to which they responded very nastily. I decided at that point not to do business with them. I shop on ebay. I am very careful and am given a money back guarantee including shipping if I am not happy. Items listed on the realreal pop up all the time when I am serching specific products on line. However, I would never buy from them because of my personal experience.

Tip for consumers:
Read all the negative reviews on any website before you make any purchase.

Products used:
I decided against the purchase because the photos were evidence that it was not authentic. When I provided photos of an authentic bag They went on the attack and refused to acknowledge what I was saying.

Quality is not that great. I ordered a bunch of cotton t shirts that showed up so paper thin. 2 were decent quality. The other 4 were not worth half the price I paid... I returned 4 out of 6. Returns are not free. I'm out 20$ in ship,return ship, and tax not refunded just for placing an order. However, I do applaud the fact they ship in paper without plastic bags. Probably won't order from them again.

Tip for consumers:
Not the best quality and everything is over price in general. I do Love the fact they send in paper with no plastic.

I am a cardholder with nordstrom and have been a long time buyer at both nordstrom and nordstrom rack. Just the last year or so I have noticed the quality of items at nordstrom rack has gone down significantly. I have returned more in the last year than I have ever had to. Things are not described accurately and often not photographed accurately. Very disappointed. Just received a pair of shoes today for $100 they looked so cheap and flimsy I was embarrassed to wear them though they fit just fine. I am sending them back but unfortunately returns are taking About 6 weeks to even reach the warehouse this year with every single one of my returns. It takes another 10 to 14 days to process the return. That's just completely unacceptable!
Unfortunately my recent experiences with customer service has been unsatisfactory as well.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful of their descriptions. Do not trust their sizing charts. If you're ordering something for a special event order a backup.... Don't count on what you have ordered to arrive looking like it did on the website.

Products used:
Out of the 34 items I have ordered this year I have only kept 3 things. cargo pants that were asos brand, cargo jeans from edikted and 1 bodysuit.

I was very worried about ordering from this company because of all the bad reviews. However, Nordstrom was sold out of several items I wanted which were ASOS brand. I was soooooo pleasantly surprised with everything I ordered. I have placed several order since then. Returns are effortless... Any trouble with returns or labels just talk to the chat line; they will help you right away. Everything I ordered was 100% cotton and excellent quality. I have no complaints whatsoever and will continue to shop with them. FYI, bottoms run true to size while tops run a little small in my opinion.

Tip for consumers:
Their sizing chart is a bit off. Site recommended size 4 based on my measurements. I went with my gut and ordered my usual size 0...perfect fit!

I shop very carefully on this website. I just bought $500 worth of clothes and only had to return four items. I have a credit card with Forever 21. I only purchase things on my card. That way you get an order confirmation, Notice of shipping and an email that it's arrived. I have had very good luck with the quality but, like I said, I shop very carefully and check the fabric content on everything. I have pieces I have washed over and over and they still look nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 It's because today I had to call customer service for a return label. The man on the phone was very rude and instead of letting me talk he got louder and spoke over me. I said please listen to me several times and he would not I just hung up. I called back and the 2nd person I got was very helpful and solved all my issues. I also had to call A different call center about my new credit card that I have not received. I reached a woman at a call center in Jamaica and right in the middle of my conversation began to scream obscenities at her boyfriend who had apparently just entered the room. I was mortified. After she was done fighting with him she returned to the call. Wow! If they would improve their customer service they would get 5 stars from me. Most of what I buy from them is 100% cotton and wears very well.

Tip for consumers:
Get a Forever 21 credit card . Since I have gotten a card they take very good care of me. Orders arrive quickly and returns are processed quickly. Check the fabric content on everything and shop carefully. Their tops are usually more junior sizing while Pants and bottoms are usually true to size.

Love there 100% cotton sweatpants, 100% cotton tops and Cargo pants.

Dress was not as described. Horrible cheap fabric, terrible fit... Straight from China junk! Avoid.

Tip for consumers:
They will refund your 1st order only! Thank goodness it was my 1st order or I would have been out money for absolute junk! Took over a month to receive package. Tracking showed it came from China!!!!

I have been shopping with Neiman's for 40 years. This year I have ordered many items from Neiman Marcus last call. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. All of my orders have arrived quickly and are exactly what I ordered. My returns are always processed quickly. The few times I have had to call customer service I have been treated with the utmost respect and had wonderful service. I am truly shocked at some of these reviews. It leaves me wondering if these are people who can't get along with anyone.

Tip for consumers:
When you first start using the Neiman's last call website it may seem a bit slow. Be patient, take the time to learn to navigate the website and you will find amazing deals on gorgeous products. If you do need to call customer service be extremely nice to them! They don't own the company and they did not manufacture the product. they are much more likely to accommodate any request you might have if you start conversation on a positive professional note. I am speaking from experience.

I particularly like their selection of high-end quality leather goods and shoes at great prices.
