I made a purchase from Smoke Cartel during their 420 sale, hoping to take advantage of the discounts. I specifically requested in the order notes that if my desired color, Honey/Topaz, was not available for the Pulsar Drop Down Bee Dab Rig, the order should be canceled. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored, and I received a hideous black color rig that had nothing to do with what I wanted.

Immediately, I reached out to the company via email, seeking a solution. However, I was met with silence and no response whatsoever. Feeling frustrated and left with no other options, I decided to file a dispute with my bank, as Smoke Cartel had wrongly withheld my money and didn't even provide a return option.

To my disbelief, I received a letter from my bank stating that they would not be proceeding with the dispute, essentially allowing Smoke Cartel to get away with scamming yet another hardworking customer. I have been a repeat customer of Smoke Cartel in the past and have even recommended them, but after this experience, I can no longer do so.

The lack of decent customer service and the company's unwillingness to address and resolve my issue has left me extremely shocked and disillusioned. I expected better treatment as a valued customer, but it seems Smoke Cartel is more interested in making a quick buck than prioritizing customer satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and advising others to do the same.

I recently purchased an 8-foot animator skeleton model from Joanns for Halloween, but I regret my decision. Just two weeks after purchasing it, the animated voice started having defects. While I did quickly scan through the return policy before buying, I feel deceived by Joanns' misleading tactics. They prominently display a sentence stating that returns with a receipt will be refunded in the original method of payment, which led me to believe that regardless of how I paid, I would receive a refund accordingly. However, buried in the fine print, it states that orders placed using PayPal will be refunded with a physical gift card. When I asked for an exception, I was met with a cold and unsympathetic 'no.' It's disappointing to see that Joanns prioritizes questionable marketing techniques over customer satisfaction.

To make matters worse, my refund was over $300, and since I rarely shop at Joanns, I'm uncertain about what to do with nearly $400 worth of store credit. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I strongly advise against supporting this unethical store. They seem to exploit customers who pay through PayPal by giving them store credit instead of refunding their original payment method, all in the name of preserving their profits. I demand proper compensation for the hassle and disappointment caused. I will never return to Joanns, and I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Hydro Flask's customer service and their refund policy. I placed an order for a 24 oz. Wide mouth bottle with a straw lid and a Standard mouth Sports cap. Unfortunately, the Standard mouth Sports cap was not included in my order.

When I reached out to their customer service team, I provided all the necessary details, including my order number and images of the products I received. However, due to the long delay in their response, I no longer had the packing slip, which they insisted on for a refund.

I reached out to Hydro flask's customer service team on August 14, immediately after receiving my order. However, today is September 3, and I still have not received a response, almost a whole month later. This prolonged delay in their response demonstrates a complete lack of concern for their customers' needs and indicates a disregard for timely support.

What is particularly concerning is the requirement for customers to provide images of the packing slip. This policy seems designed to exploit the fact that Hydro Flask's customer service waits as long as 13 days to reply, ensuring that customers have already discarded their packing slips. This tactic makes it nearly impossible for customers to return products, effectively locking in Hydro Flask's quick profit.

As a result of this frustrating experience, I have lost faith in Hydro Flask's customer service team and their commitment to customer satisfaction. The lack of responsiveness and the impractical demands for proof of purchase have left me feeling undervalued and ignored.

I have been a loyal customer to Hydro Flask for some time, but I can no longer justify my support for a company that neglects its customers in this manner. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where my concerns and inquiries are given the attention they deserve.

I hope Hydro Flask takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates its customer service practices to provide more timely and attentive support to its customers. Until then, I cannot recommend Hydro Flask as an ethical brand for others to consider.

This was my first and last time I will ever be shopping on here. I came across what I thought was really cute coffee table Worth almost $600 and I decided to order it. Upon receiving the package I noticed that there was three scratches going horizontally across the table that were very obviously not a part of it's edgy look. I immediately contacted their customer service over the phone and she told me to go ahead and send some photos over in which I did. The person who manages the returns, Ashley, got back to me the next day dismissing everything that I had said and chalked it up to all the scratches being a part of it's "abstract look" and completely evaded responsibility for the defective product. After going back-and-forth a while she offered me a slap in the face of breadcrumbs of $198.84 of STORE CREDIT out of the $600 wasted.
I'm 100% positive that I got a previously returned and re-packaged item. For some of their items they don't offer a return policy and that's fine but I don't believe that should apply to people who receive DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE merchandise this is UNACCEPTABLE. This company needs to start taking responsibility.
