The communication is beyond bad. I sent a multiple emails and gor 0 replies. Next time I will go directly to the Budget to avoid the hassle of getting my requests answered and saving money for the cancelled fly rental days as Budget would do.

Aweful experience! Screwed up my schedule and refused to fix it. Will never go back to this people! Better off booking it myself - no savings, but lots of headaches!

I placed and order and at first I had to send an email to get the status changed to "ready to be shipped" and my account been charged. In a week status did not changed, so I emailed to the customer service but got no answers. Since then - no response from earthiemodern.com. I had to dispute charges with my credit card to receive my money back for the items that never been shipped! Scammers!
