It happened that I needed to return a dress within 2 days of the return window. This is where the confusion started. First of all, the typically available mailing label print icon was not visible online. I had to call the customer service to get it. This is when I found out that there was a 60 day return window for the dress I needed to return. The customer service, however, had no idea if the return date is marked when the package is sent back or received by Macy's. They suggested that I return at the store. However, the store is far from when I work and I would have to wait 6 days until the next weekend to do so. I am still going to send the package tomorrow morning and see if I get the refund or the package will be shipped back to me. Considering that I have a Platinum card with Macy's. I expected a stellar customer service. Apparently, that has not happened. BOTTOM LINE: Clueless Customer Service.


I had bought the noise cancelling headphones by this manufacturer in December, 2017. By end of March, 2018, the right headphone has been completely disassembled from the rest of the product, making it impossible to use. Next, I tried reaching out to the Customer Support. It was a joke, There is no one answering the customer support phone after trying for two days straight. No one also answered my e-mail. I feel that it is a scam. It is amazing how this product managed to get high technical ratings. Based on them, my husband bought them for me. I would not recommend this company.


I love some of J. R. Watkins products and was sad to see that Target has stopped carrying the brand's all purpose cleaner. I decided to order from directly. I was disappointed when I received the package. Both bottles that I had ordered leaked. I was surprised that the spouts were not securely taped, even though they were put in styrofoam packing peanuts. My review did not make it through their moderation process. Apparently, only positive reviews are shown on JRWatkins website.


I generally view my online shopping experience based on ease of return and prices.
I buy from Saks Off 5th occasionally when I see good deals.
Recently, I had placed several orders for Longchamp Le Pliage totes so I could select the best colors and styles. I had brought the unneeded items from multiple orders for return to one of the local stores.
Here are the flaws that I saw:
1. Unfriendly gloomy personnel. I wish they were trained to be pleasant and smile when serving their customers.
2. I was asked for my e-mail once. I expected that all the return receipts would be sent to y e-mail. Instead, I only received the 1st return receipt by e-mail. I hate to rely on paper receipts only, as I tend to loose them often.
3. When I checked my online account information several days later, NONE of the return activity was reflected there.
4. I had to go to my credit card account to verify that the money were returned.

1. The return of online orders was unsatisfactory and outdated. The return process needs to be fully automated and not rely on paper receipts for proof of return.
2. Based on 1, I will keep my shopping at Saks Off 5th to the bare minimum or try not to shop there at all.
