Based on my experience, Gentryzee is a complete scam company. Unacceptable product, invalid guarantee/warranty, and dismal customer service. Shipping was very slow, product was not what was advertised, and refused to honor their return policy. Veiled offer to refund 40% of my purchase price but never followed through and then refused to continue correspondence. Don't waste your time - or money - with this bunch of scum bags.
