I have seen review videos and you can look, this chair has manufacture defect design. Wood cracks and causes severe injury to neck and back. Needs to be removed from USA store. If I were to get hurt, I would sue for damages and injuries and future restitutions. So I am canceling order. Contacted Amazon to escalate investigation of past injuries... POOR DESIGN DUDES!
