I got called last night from a spoofed number *******306. When I answered I got a prerecorded message about Hilton. I've worked in dozens of these travel phone rooms for 20 years and even owned them so I know the game. Most ppl working in these rooms are either criminals & or drug addicts & that included me. I am on the National Do Not Call List since 2016 so the fact they called me means they broke the law under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act & owe me $500 per call. More info on how to scam the scammer and collect it is at youcallisue.com

So after pressing 1 to hear the details I was connected to a fronter whose job is to pitch the call and give me a high price. He read me the exact same script I've heard and read a thousand times before. He then transferred me to Stephanie the sales manger. This position in the biz is called a T. O. (closer who Takes Over) their job is to sweeten the deal & pull my credit card.

Stephanie is a liar & doesn't know what she's talking about. She kept trying to use RCI for credibility saying I would tour with RCI & that RCI owned the resort. Again, being in the biz 20 yrs I know that RCI, AKA Resort Condominiums International is owned by the Cendant Group. RCI does not own a single resort nor do they sell timeshares, they are simply a time slot exchange company.

I wanted to find out who was behind this scam so i pretended to be interested & haggled with Stephanie down to $450; we started at $1,900. Before giving her my debit card I transferred the money out so the charge would decline but tell me who it was.

She transferred me to verification & I hung up knowing they'd call right back breaking the law again & owing me another $500. This time they called back from a real verified number +1 *******861. They read me the verification script & i gave them permission to bang my card that i knew wouldn't hold.

The charge shows up as Sr Pago Tour On Top. Sr Pago is a 3rd party processor in Mexico similar to our PayPal or Square in the US. Sr Pago is marketed to ppl with no bank account or credit. Basically this company couldn't get a real merchant account.

The real company is yet to be determined but the name of it is probably Tour On Top. I couldn't find it in Florida so if anyone got info mailed or emailed please upload it to Youcallisue.com so i can make them pay.

My next step is to find out who owns +1 *******861 as that is a real DID with the check mark.

Tip for consumers:
They cold called you which is against the law. that’s where they started, now proceed at your own peril
