My blouse came flawed, the run around to return was ridiculous. Several emails of required pictures, of flaw, packaging, labeling. I was told to prove it was donated or cut in pieces before I get a refund. I think I'm on a train going nowhere
LIke others the call said Hilton and I have purchased Hilton before so I went ahead and paid 1900 for a travel package in 2021. Because of covid I could not use it, but I have been calling through 2022, and now 2023. Always the same spiel, no inventory call again in 4 months. When asked to speak to a manager he conviently is never in. I DO BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED
