I do not recommend using this company. We were supplied with a faulty Fiat 500 at Barcelona airport that refused to start unless pushed to jump start. Following a number of phone calls, no replacement car was supplied or offered. I have now been charged over £250 as we had the temerity to call their 'Road Assistance' number in the hope that the issue would be resolved. It wasn't! I do not see why we should have to pay this extra sum when the problem was not of our making and the fault was clearly with the car.
I feel that I have been completely fobbed off by Mariem at the Holiday Autos customer care team. I think it would be a good idea to remove the word 'care' as they clearly don't!
