I booked a multi-flight ticket on 24-June-2022 and as soon as I paid, they sent an email asking for a surcharge fee, straight after payment another email saying flights were cancelled (this all happened within a few hours).
They cancelled the payment for the flights. Phew!
They have not cancelled the surcharge fee.
I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company whilst it was appearing as pending.
Not sure if I'll get that refunded. You can not contact them. They don't reply.

Skyscanner should not promote them.
