Consumers beware!

TXU Energy currently has an "IT issue" with there online payment methods.

When you make a payment online via check. It comes back as " Credit card declined".

This also happens when making a check payment over the phone with an agent.

Several complaints have been made by its customers. And TXU has failed to fix the issue.

They just blame the customers, and tell their customers they can no longer pay there statement by check for 12 months.

I had a fantastic experience with this business, located at 5005 Little School Rd in Arlington, Texas. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made my entire process smooth and stress-free.

Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled.

I can't say enough good things about this business. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating.

Their team is dedicated to providing the best service possible, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Choose a home health care Co that will actually take good care of your loved one. This company will not do that for you. The Doctors there are not that good. Please do your research before placing your loved one, in the care of this Co. Another thing, the time it takes to get copies of medical records is also very bad.

I highly do not recommend this Co. To anyone!

Please do not waste your time with this law firm. The Attorney at this location asked me to get in touch with there office in a month after explaining my situation to them, from our first meeting. This was to go over my file, and invistigate how they can help me.

I just wasted a month for this office to review my case. And they haven't even gotten around to looking at my file.

All that glitters on the outside is not always gold, do your research.

It is my personal opinion. If the
Attorney cannot handle the work load the Attorney should retire. I had to rate this firm one star, unfortunately I could not rate them any lower.

Only cares about how much money he makes, and does not care about his Patients. Please do your research before choosing a Dentist.

Unfortunately, I had to give him a rating of one star, and could not rate him any lower.

If you're looking for an honest, professional heating & air conditioning Co. Then Steve's Mechanical is not for you.

The employees at this Co are unsupervised, there are not knowledgeable on the electrical side of hooking up a new unit. And they are very messy. They do not clean up after themselves after they are finished with the job. This Co managed to do damage to my home while installing my new unit. And did not take responsibility for damages.

I know the original owner of this Co would not have allowed these types of incidents to happen. Unfortunately he retired do to illness.

Just do your research before having someone to come out and service your homes A/C unit.

Ms. Kathy Brewer /CPC is the office manager at the Fort Worth Location for this particular business. If you have a complaint or issue and you speak to Ms. Brewer about your concern. She will talk to you about your health issue in front of other Patients in a loud manner and mention the medications you are currently on so everyone can hear which is very disrespectful.

Then you will receive a letter in the mail stating that this office will no longer be accepting your insurance. She will tell the Doctor that your insurance Co is not paying, "When they are paying". She will try to get more money out of you, just so you can see the Dr,

In my opinion, Ms. Brewer does all of this circus because you had a complaint and does not know how to handle it. You can find her smoking in the parking lot 99% of the time. I really don't know why the Dr Keeps her around, he is just losing business.

Mr. Jon " Kit" Gallini in one sentence, has been dishonest in every way when I have to deal with him.

Mr. Jack Downing misled me misled the Judge in the Courtroom under oath. Mr Downing has been dishonest in every way when I have to deal with him. This man is unwilling to act in good faith. He gives all lawyers a bad name with his actions in the court room or when working on a case. I had to give him one star because I could not rate him lower.
