Hi all, just wanted to say that after joining you all in giving some negative feedback of the site I did actually write to their customer services with the following...

As an unlock code was unavailable for your particular model of mobile
Phone, only an "Unlock Report" was available.

We're sorry to hear that the "Unlock Report" did not meet your expectations.

I am pleased to confirm that this order will be refunded in full.

I didnt expect them to reply and certainly not to refund any money! I was pleasantly suprised however have not yet checked to see weather the money has come in.

I would therefore recommend anyone with similar experiences to write them like i did... hopefully you'll get your money back too at least.
