I have an XPS Desktop. Support Assist is a joke and Customer support is pathetic. I think they work from home and hate to be bothered. The average "support assist" person does not seem really bright, every once in a while, I get a one that seems knowledgeable but can't really help with anything and provides sympathy!

Have been using Chewy a couple years now and have never had a problem. Extensive list of cat and dog food and products delivered free to your door with better pricing than brick & mortar stores. Satisfaction Guaranteed, If you don't like it or can't use it they tell you to donate it and they refund 100%. OUTSTANDING Customer Service.

Well, we received the sheets & pillowcases today and upon opening package, they looked and felt like pure garbage.
Company says it will accept returns and donate them( tax deduction?) to Charity. In good conscience, I would not let my dogs sleep on this Crap. So we pitched them in the trash and will just eat the cost.

NEVER AGAIN... I found them to be Arrogant, Rude and Self Serving. Absolutely incredibly BAD experience.

I cancelled my Norton antivirus subscription with 10 months left on it and recieved no refund. After having been with Norton for years and putting up with poor products and Bad customer service I switched to Bitdefender. AMAZING difference! I wish I had done this a few years ago. The bottom line is, I would rather pay for Bitdefender now than wait for my Norton subscription to run out. I have had Bitdefender for 3 weeks and LOVE it!

Always great shopping experiences@ Amazon and Great customer service too. We have never had a problem. We always price check Amazon, and usually price is better and delivered free to our door.

Don't waste money on premium membership. Customer service is non-existant. I suspect cheating is going on, but cannot prove it.
