Trying to obtain a refund on a flight cancelled due to the current restrictions. My fellow passengers, who booked with Expedia, received their full refund some weeks ago. However Dial4Travel have been unhelpful, unprofessional and unreliable. Emails go mainly unanswered, promised callbacks never happen, you always get through to a different person and the person you want to speak to is always "on another call" or "not working today" - or even better - "will be in work in one hour, please call back" which results in being subsequently told upon calling back that they're not in at all that day.
I will NEVER, EVER even consider using this company again. My advice is pay a little more because you'll almost certainly get better customer service.
