I ordered an item through EBAY which came from LIFEAND HOME--ITEM IS WRONG SO I NEED TO RETURN SO CONTACTED THESE PEOPLE THROUGH PHONE AND EMAIL TO START A RETURN /REFUND PROCESS. EBAY TELLS ME THAT IF THIS COMPANY ALLOWS ME TO GET A REFUND I WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING ONLY IF THIS COMPANY ALLOWS IT--TOGETHER WITH EBAY AND LIFEANDHOME I AM GOING IN CIRCLES TRYING TO SETTLE THIS MATTER--I KNOWFOR A FACT I WILL NEVER USE EBAY OR LIFEAND HOME EVER AGAIN--AMAZON BENDS OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP CUSTOMERS--NO MATTER WHAT! THE ITEM THAT THEY SENT WAS NOT AS PICTURED ON "SELKIRK" WEBSITE!
