I had a close accident with a driver and wanted to report them, and I also wanted to see if I could find any more information to tell the police about this vehicle since I didn't know the year or anything like that. Thanks to this service, I at least know the year, but it said the owner information would be in the paid report. It was not, so I contacted customer service who informed me that the drivers name is simply not available for the plate that I searched and I kindly asked if I could have a refund back on my account here since there wasn't much of anything on that particular report. (Nothing that wasn't already free knowledge) She refunded it back to my card instead! It was so very kind and though I believe she said she closed my account, I hope she didn't because I will be back here again just because of how friendly and helpful Jane was with me. She needs a raise! I will tell anyone who wants to report an aggressive driver to come here to find out the car information to be able to report them. You're saving lives! Thank you!

I am an eBay seller. I had a sample from this company that I bought off of someone to sell for them. I had my listing removed because even though you're allowed to sell samples, this company is SO greedy they went and took my one listing down (it had already sold and been delivered you idiots!) But when I tell them "oh, well if that's not allowed, the seller who reported me is ONLY selling their samples. But they won't remove her, her listings are still up. I will keep emailing you people until you follow through on your " agreements" with eBay! You're the only company who does this over samples! Petty! Like you don't make enough! Follow through or shut up!
