Went to Lowe's Pickering with a plumbing problem, that my plumber couldn't fix. I was a bit sceptical about going because of previous experience but as luck would have it Noel was there to help me fix my plumbing problem. He was unbelievable helpful and he also has a great sense of humour. We need more people like Noel in customer service. 4 stars because it was my first great service at Lowes.
