I purchased a sheet on the 27th and shipped it 2nd day air with a 29th delivery. Not only did it not arrive as promised it was going to take 6 days to receive! When questioned about the overcharge CS indicated maybe they could take a little off the $26 shipping. I returned the sheet not interested in companies that aren't reliable. I may lose more on shipping returning it but they just lost a good customer.

DONT USE 2ND DAY AIR

NONE I RETURNED THE ITEM AFTER SPEAKING TOTHE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. THAT THOUGHT 2ND DAY DELIVERY MEANT 2ND DAY SHIPPING OR LONGER ONCE THEY GOT AROUND TO SHIPPING THE ITEM BUT CHARGED FOR PROMPT 2ND DAY AIR AND GAVE THE CUSTOMER A 2ND DAY DELIVERY DATE BEFORE THE ORDER WAS PLACED.
