So every month I reload 1000 peso promo on my globe at home sim. THIS MONTH HOWEVER once my sim told me that my promo expired I reloaded again immediately because I was streaming a movie at that time BUT BEHOLD it said cannot connect to internet. Transfered sim to phone but apparently had no MMI. Help line just linked to globe facts website. The globe desk only know to recommend new sim for every problem. LOST 1000 pesos and a new sim to globe. Smart is better never had problems for the last 5 years
