Viajo en grupo y una de las parejas tiene inconvenientes con uno de los itinerarios. Se compró el seguro de vuelo pero nadie responde 😡😡😡😡😡😡 tendré que viajar sola. Es inaudito que no ayuden a pesar de pagar seguro. Mal pésimo servicio al cliente. Espero que no tenga más problemas el día del viaje. Solo ofrecen seguros y no ayudan a resolver nada
