It's fine do far haven't really experienced much yet because I just ordered.
A couple of years ago I was looking for a bong with some good thick quartz glass that was at least a foot long or longer with some percolators. I found something on this website I'm pretty positive and it never came in the mail after paying for it. Something like 6 months later I had a package show up and it was my bong but it was in tiny little pieces. They would not refund me. They have things like freeze pipes on this website that are only $60 but if you actually look at freeze pipe the name brand pipes they run almost $200. There is no way you can get a quality product at $60 that runs $200 elsewhere unless there's something wrong. Now either the other people are overcharging or this place is screwing people over and I think it's the second option
Tip for consumers:
Be careful don't spend a lot of money on this site without doing your home work. There is alot of negative reviews just like mine. In fact 99 % of them are negative and they don't even interact with their customers or reviews that they get. It stinks of rip off or a $#*! product. Who know maybe this is just my experience but I'm not the only one..
Products used:
Large dab rig but couldn't use it because I received it 5 or 6 months later in pieces.
