I ordered on 7/4/16 and received an email stating my order was shipped on 7/6/16. After a few days, I inquired if there was a tracking number and they told me no, but my items would be delivered by 7/20/16. I inquired again on 7/21/16 after no delivery. I was told they were escalating with USPS to get a tracking number. A day later, after another email, I was given a tracking number, which had a ship date of 7/22/16! THAT IS TWO DAYS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED! I followed the tracking number and it went from Encino, CA to West Palm Beach, FL. I live near Houston, TX, so I thought that was a little weird, but continued to follow and it was delivered this morning, to someone in Fort Pierce, FL! I ask for my money back and heard nothing from Fire Wire Media in a timely manner. I had to dispute the charge with PayPal in order get a refund. These people are shady and I recommend everyone BEWARE! I will NEVER order from them again and i recommend NO ONE ELSE ORDER FROM THEM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not even dispute my claim with PayPal, so they knew they were in the wrong.
