Has gone downhill
I have posted a range of jobs for 3 years now but nowadays I get a text from the big headed person who clicks approve or decline to question my job
This has happened NOT once by at least twice now.
For one posted job, I needed a general skilled handyman to fit carpet AND paint a wall - This is something one person can do if he has the skills which is not uncommon.
But the MyBuilder admin person decided to split the job creating two posts - and duplicating work for me by dealing with queries from double the amount of people - making it inconvenient for me.
She changed it later but what an unecessary hassle
The admin people should just do their job and instead of messing with posted jobs - this is losing the company business as today, I have requested to have my account deleted.
I have appointed about 7 people throughout the 3 years of having my account and also always answered calls from shortlisted people.
Have been a good user but am taking my business elsewhere due to the treatment by admin (tricia and others)
My jobs are varied as its a building project. I dont thinks the admin should get too big for their boots
I have enough experience and intelligence to have discussions with those shortlisted and ascertain for myself if they have the required skills or not and you can see via my account there where I have hired, I have tended to give 100% feedback.
I dont see how you are helping by screening out posts - you are hindering. Just let the homeowner or the OP decide how they wish to proceed
I would not describe what you are doing as enhanced at all nor does it matter to me what your other customer feedback is. I have been a Mybuilder user for over 3 years and my opinion counts and is real that I would hope will caution other users.
None of you in the admin team have any building trade experience so really just approve the job unless there is something offensive contained or a violation of the rules.
Also, it is unusual that MyBuilder offers no route to make a complaint
