Ordered Sunglasses July 30th 2020. It is now August 13th 2020 and I have heard nothing. My emails are not responded to and I have tried many times. Left message on their voice mail and no one will answer their phone. Will NOT be buying from this company again. Would give it minus stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Their customer service is horrible! They are unprofessional at all! SCAM AND FRAUD when you want to return your item you will get stuck and they will NEVER accept your return nor refund your money unless you open a dispute with your credit card or your bank! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their customer service agent ( STUPID) and promised me to exchange my ring and I returned the old ring to them and waited almost 5 days to hear from them. Contacted them again and another idiot said ( We do NOT know for which item you were talking about) OMG. Are you serious? I told her and sent her a copy from the email I got from the another idiot agent and she replied to me ( Oh sorry) really? No thank you! I open a dispute with my bank to get my full refund from this SCAM and FRAUD people in CHINA.

Their customer service is not helpful at all. They will close your account just because submitting an inquiry to get your missing cashback that their system did NOT catch it! EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIIT YOUR INQUIRY TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THEIR SYSTEM'S FAULT, THEY DO NOT WANT TO BOTHER TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION FOR YOU TO GET YOUR CASHBACK! Now I know that someone from their customer service department will reply to this review and will say "WE ALREADY EXPLAINED OUR REASON TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT" I already read a lot of reviews and I regret every second I spent on their website! They think they're the only company in the cashback industry! Sorry! There's MILLIONS of companies and they provide better cashback than your company does! Thank you for giving me the chance to look for another company who can give better rates for cashback as well as they care about their customers satisfactions. Just remember that WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SALARIES! So RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMER AND DO NOT BE MAD JUST BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION WHEN YOUR SYSTEM FAILED TO CATCH THEIR CASHBACK!
