This is the second time in 16 years I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company. Back in 2004 and now in 2020. Recently there has been some pretty crazy weather with tornado like winds, hurricane like rain and crazy ice and snow storms. My shingles gave up and the owners of Wilson Roofing came out and took pictures and helped me file my insurance claims and gave me a great deal on replacing my roof and eaves troughs.
The workers were super polite! They had a great attitude working together in sweltering August heat. They came early and were very organized about who set up and where everything was to go. They were cautious around my gardens and awning and happily moved my patio furniture, BBQ and swing.
When finished there wasn't a single nail, shingle or piece of garbage left behind. They seemed to have just as much energy when they left as they did when they arrived. Polite till the very end.
They sent me all my receipts and set me up with all the information I'll need moving forward for the next 15 years Incase of another Material fail claim.

I purchased King size bed sheet set for $19.99 USD. I received 1 nasty pillowcase.
They said I had to Pay $8 USD to return it and then they would reimburse me $6. They said I might as well keep the item and suck it up because they weren't giving me back my money! Paypal has done $#*! and I am still after two months fighting with them and Paypal. I have to prove some how that it was intentional deception on their part in order to get a full refund.
