The customer service is absolutely disgusting! I received a faulty item, poor quality hair that doesnt look like the images. I returned for a refund, it has been signed and recorded but they claim they haven't received it and won't refund me. £200 wig! The hair ends we're rough and the strap was broken when i received it, they said it may have got damaged in the post... Silqmist are THIEVES! You've been warned...

Research their reviews before you buy! Everything wrong, late dispatch and delivery! Wrong item sent with false image and they ignore all contact. Have to chase them up throughout the process!
