The Halara site is not very user friendly. Whenever you want to take real action, they keep directing you back to their app. Then you go to their app, and half the functions don't work.
How do you actually leave a product review? There is no prompt via Order details, nor a survey received. There's also nowhere to leave a business review (Google Business Profile, Yelp, etc.).
I recently ordered a couple of items and they were very small. They will not issue an exchange or accept a return. As I have no use for clothes that don't fit... this is pretty unacceptable. Disappointed for sure, as there are so many positive reviews displayed.
