So I first Signed Is up for safe link in 2020 sent me a good phone and I thought service was great Until someone stole my phone and I had to get a replacement from safe link they sent me a horrible phone that won't charge I've been on the phone with them 4 times and they keep telling me They will call me back yet I have no phone for them to call me back on because it's dead and won't charge. Are safe link workers that stupid

Too many rich people bidding everything up. Cant win anything.its goodwill geesh people. I can not afford to shop on goodwill com. That's pretty bad
