We had a washer that kept breaking after three years. 4 paid $60 service claims then Choice allowed for replacement and gave us voucher for Lowe's. WTH? Now water heater broke-valve is done. They couldn't find a service tech to come to our house and sent a reimbursement option. I went out of town so didn't click on it because gathering info and now got an appt. Two weeks after…now they won't allow the reimbursement. DO NOT get a warranty just save money monthly-I would be better off with the money I paid upfront to use for our repairs. And I would still be up over $1500. Do not choose CHOICE if you do….complete hassle at every claim.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service definitely not going to help you when they would need to spend money.

Products used:
Washer replaced after 4 service calls but they give you Lowes voucher and we had to fight for higher amount since we could still buy the same model washer as a replacement.
