Beware this company is full of scammers. I was being emailed by Zachary Barber and ordered in May they never shipped dining set and then when I requested to cancel they never refunded my money. Trying to keep over $700! Have to chsrgeback through bank! Beware!
Also very rude and told me they don't want customers of my mentality just because I inquired about item ordered. Now they have disappeared and won't respond and I have to go through my bank!

This is illegal

BLATANT DEFAMATION and never responded to myself nor lawyers even after here providing requested info of our numerous emails. Have my lawyers on top of this as their has been. Defamation from your company. Also i purchased from this company June 28 and they false reported on Amazon July 9 with false counterfeit claim causing loss of my store. Customer service doesnt respond they pick and choose who they respond to and will blantly ignore contact attempts. This company has no integrity and are full of lies! They promised to withdraw claim with Amazon on another platform and never followed through! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!

After selling since 2015 and doing everything right with almost 100% feedback they gave me the boot for no reason and their rep Judy suggested i sell elsewhere. They didnt even bother to give a reason why and *******@bonanza doesnt even respond no more nor will their CEO. After reciewing other forums i discovered this is a normal practice getting rid of good sellers. I paid all fees on time. Great customer feedback tons of "badges" and delivered items quickly to all customers. This site is GARBAGE and they dont care nothing about sellers!
