I booked a 2 persons dorm with private bathroom and other facilities at a backpacker in Sydney. However, they put me and my wife in a 8 persons dorm. I spent around 3 hours talking to the customer service on my arrival and their customer service just not helpful at all. The customer service asked me to pay for the upgrade myself to the room which means you have to pay extra for the mistakes they have made. My lawyer even sent an official complaint letter to them and they only willing to offer $60 to compensate me instead give me the full refund which is quite insulting. So think twice if you thinking about make a booking through with them!

我當初定了一間兩人的房間包含私人浴室，清清楚楚的都寫在我的收據裡。 但當我到達我的背包客棧我既然被安排在8人房經過溝通我了解並非背包客棧的錯。 我花了大約三小時跟客服溝通，他們的客服並無幫助，而且推卸責任。 還要我自行多付錢如果我要住我想要的房型，為什麼他們的錯誤卻要我們自己負責呢？！ 我的律師寄了信給他們，他們看清我們不可能花大筆的前去打跨國官司，所以只願意賠償我們AU$60。 請三思如果你真要在他們網站上訂房！ 真的是不好的經驗！
