Made 2 purchases from them, one was done incorrectly and late, the other order was never received. They do NOT respond to emails until several many days later...least my attempt to reach out to them about the error from my first order, wondering at the same time about my other order I placed with them? Told owner they had terrible customer service, was not happy with their mistake and have been trying to resolve this issue through his email. He responded through email to me ranting about his employees, his terrible business dealings with other customers (as well as myself), calling us all "Karens"...LOL. It truly is shameful to see the Owner respond poorly to a customer and a Business Owner of 14 years. What a shame and very disappointed. All I can say at this point about my recent purchase of only $92.90 at Edecals is...find someone else for your business/personal needs, unless you like to waste time, effort and money!
