Website does NOT indicate items are not sold in USA - they are based in Australia - they charge an international transaction fee to your account - without consent - that is not shown on your original invoice.
Placed an order for their "so called" FREE glasses - on May 6,2018 - it is now June 8,2018 - they still have not shipped - company has no phone number to reach them - sent several emails through their customer service link - they NEVER reply - no responses. Spent $19.80 (+ $0.16 international fee) = $19.96 - and still have received nothing from them - when I search my order to track my package - says my order # cannot be found! SCAM SCAM SCAM - stay away from this company!

Seriously - if you havent seen my rants before about my HUGE mistake of sending clothes to Swap.com to consign with them - then here is one more - sent items in SEPTEMBER - Yes - 4 months ago - they just were finally listed last week on their site for sale - THEY PRICE THEM - I just sold one item - a BRAND NEW Boys Long-Sleeve Shirt (name brand) with Tags attached (they priced it at $7.20!) - and guess how much I earned? $1.22 - Yep a lousy dollar - and it cost me $10 to send the box to them! I will NEVER again use this site - silly me for falling for it - but please don't fall for it too! #SwapSux #donteverusetheirservices
I sent a box of items to consign with swap on September 29,2017. There were over 75 items in the box of boys & girls childrens clothing. The box was confirmed delivered via swap.com prepaid fedex shipping label. After 3-4 emails to their customer service department, and via twitter - my consignment box has still not been processed. It is now December 14th, 2017 - nearly 3 months later - I have no items, no money, and now no communication. I feel completely ripped off and I am out everything! Take your consignment items elsewehere! You dont want to do business here!

Thank you for your review! Our inbound processing fee is $11.90 per inbound. This fee is not paid up front, and is deducted from your sales. Once the fee is covered, the rest of the payouts are submitted to you, based on your payout preference. By January 26th, 2018, we were processing items from mid to end of October, therefore your September items should have been listed about a month prior. However, we would love to look into this for you.
