Terrible company! Zara is no grateful for its loyal clientele whom is very patience with this company which for the most sales items that are almost disposable; ZARA clothing start to brake up from the first time you wear it.
They sent me an incomplete order and haven't refunded me yet. I wanted return the second order as the items look cheap.I was away for 3 weeks and they refused to return the item which were not even on sale.

This company is the worse!
I called them multiple times as I didn't get the order which was seating on an UPS store for months and they insisted that I pick up lying that I requested for the items to be pick up.
Would never buy a lamvcome product again which are of poor quality for the price they have.
FASHION NOVA IS A SCAM; THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSE.

DO NOT BUY AT FASHION NOVA PLEASE! THEY ARE RIPPING CLIENTS OFF AND TAKING ADVANTAGED OF VULNERABLE POPULATIONS AND YOUNG WOMEN. THERE IS NOT PHONE LINE AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO PROCESS A A RETUNR OR REFUND.
