Found the same items on amazon for a cheaper price. It's all bulk jewellery from China. My package was supposedly shipped 3 days ago. I payed for 2 day shipping. USPS still says its awaiting my package. I could have ordered the same stuff on amazon and got next day shipping.

We're very sorry about your ship time. I know it's been a long time since this order was placed but we'd more than happy to issue a store credit for half the shipping cost since the carrier did not deliver it in the time frame of 2 days.
