I've had the kyvno bed for almost a year now. My husband and I added a gel mattress cooling topper to it and it's been amazing. Recently I accidentally washed one of the remotes, I just grabbed all the sheets not looking and through them in the washer. I tried to save the poor thing after it's terrible water infused roller coaster ride in the washer but it was hopeless. I emailed Kyvno about a replacement remote and after a little back and forth. Mostly me being out of town I was able to get a new remote which is programmed and now I'm back to having a fantastic bed.
