They false advertised boots as vegan but it had wool in it. They were extremely difficult to convince for a refund due to lying on their product description. If you check their refund policy they can deny it and take your money for something as small as a hair found after trying them on. Best to avoid Quebec companies in general as the place is a bunch of scammers.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t do it unless you can drive to their location and scare them into refunding you properly
