Apparently this company USED to be good but since January 2012 there are major problems. No one ever answers their customer service phone number (go ahead and try to call yourself) and no one ever responds to emails. If you ship your books without tracking, they will claim they never received them or only received part of your order (even if you shipped the whole order in the same one box. How can they get some of the books and not others? It doesn't make sense. They haven't paid me yet for an order I sent in February.
