Shirt left their shipping warehouse 2 days after placing order. I chose the most economical shipping method and took about 2 weeks to arrive (I live about 6 hours away from the shipping location, by the way). It made stops all over California before it made it to my house. I didn't mind though as I wasn't in a hurry to get it, but just wanted to mention all of that for those who want it quicker than 2 weeks. However, they sent the wrong shirt but a 5 minute phone call fixed the problem. The young lady who answered my call was very nice (being nice to customer service goes a long way, too). They shipped out the correct shirt and I received it in just 3 business days. They also included a prepaid shipping label to ship back the incorrect shirt. If there's a mistake with your order, I recommend that you CALL THEM (do not email). Calling is quick and the problem is taken care of right there and then.
