I placed an order for 2 lights in January 2021. One pendant light was delivered in March, and the other one was never received. Tried to get in touch through the phone number and email provided without any success. Called my credit card company to initiate a chargeback. It was only after my credit card company got involved that I received communication from "thelightshot". Today, customer service emailed me to tell me that the light was on the way (4 months after order). I then received a call from a gentleman at customer service. He proceeded to scream at me and I quote said "screw you" three separate times. He would not let me speak and voice my concerns about the lack of communication and customer service.
