I have used Minted for years and did not have a bad experience until this year. I placed my holiday card order on 12.3 with a delivery date of 12.4. The status was not advancing as of 12.13, but I saw a message stating shipping was updated to a quicker delivery option to deliver as close to the original delivery date. However I did not have any idea on the new delivery date. I called customer service, which took 30 min, but received no information. They couldn't tell me if it was in production, when it would be in production, when was it expected to be delivered or what was causing the delay. However they assured me it would be ok. The next morning I checked the order via minted's site and it now has a delivery date of 12.19! I received no email advising of a delay. Terrible service, and this is the first time I have seen it take so long to fulfill an order. Clearly operational issues that are impacting customers negatively.
