TVSN 24 hour customer service call centre is staffed by rude aggressive people who tell you different things then abuse you if you question them. I did what I was told by one person and then when I called back to confirm I had followed the advice I was given, I was talked over and shouted at and bullied into giving my credit card to them because she said they wouldn't re process an automatic PayPal debit which failed due to a PayPal glitch. This is totally contrary to what the first person told me but when I said this I was abused and payment was demanded there and then. Now they have my card details which I didn't want to give. Plus they won't let you speak to a supervisor or anyone in accounts. They just shout at and bully you. This behaviour has happened 3 times I have called them. I will never use this site or this company again! Disgraceful behaviour and terrible customer service!
