I love their soft touch mousse makeup especially, as well as their mascara and blush. I ordered for a while with no problems & quick shipping. However, since November I've had no luck getting the foundation. I've got 2 outstanding orders for it-others items were shipped but not the foundation. I received a refund today for an order from December, but still nothing from my November order. After several emails in December I finally got a response that said there was a "system error" & they couldn't even give me an estimate on ship time - it's January and still waiting. I've had to start ordering from somewhere overseas and paying more, but I love the product and at least I get it! It's hard to find in stores here. I won't be ordering from them again unless I get my unfulfilled order and they can guarantee that I'll get my product. Very disappointed!
