I order thousands of dollars of pet food from chewy and I have never been disappointed. They have very prompt shipping and have never made a mistake on my order.

First time customer. Shipped the wrong food. Sent it back and then received a partial order. I have emailed them several times and they are ignoring my emails now. Will have to contact Better Business Bureau. I am on disability and can't afford to pay for food I don't get. Order from Chewy.com. Have ordered thousands of dollars from them and never a mistake. Sorry I ever ordered from anyone else.
