We rented a car through Rental24H in Brazil last November, we paid in full in advance and on arrival there was no cars avaiilable so we were downgraded to a small car which was a struggle with 4 people plus luggage and told we would be refunded. They then charged us in full again! We tried but failed to get a refund for being charged twice and the promised refund for the downgrade. I have avoided this company since and we tried many times to reach them to complain but no customer service and no attempt to recover our money. Ver dissapointing.
