We rented a car through Rental24H in Brazil last November, we paid in full in advance and on arrival there was no cars avaiilable so we were downgraded to a small car which was a struggle with 4 people plus luggage and told we would be refunded. They then charged us in full again! We tried but failed to get a refund for being charged twice and the promised refund for the downgrade. I have avoided this company since and we tried many times to reach them to complain but no customer service and no attempt to recover our money. Ver dissapointing.
Tip for consumers:
unable to contact customer service easily, no response to our issue and no refund so we paid double plus were downgraded to a smaller car and not refunded the difference would never use them or recommend them again
