I purchased a server, 4 days in they were having issues with their server time adjustments making the site inoperable for a few evenings. So here we are now 10 days in and I still can't actually access the service I have paid for so I asked for an extension. Instead, they sent me the remaining balance as a credit...meaning they sent me some of my money back, not enough to rent another month, and didn't apologize for any maintenance issues, or try to compensate me fairly. I just wasted 10 days for nothing. I am beyond angry with Nitrado, sorry excuse for a company.
