So, I went online to search dental plans and came across www.dentalplans.com also know as Dentegra. Sounded good. HOWEVER, after signing up I discovered I could get dental insurance through my employer four days later. I went online to cancel the plan which offered a 30 day Money Back Guarantee BUT NO! You can't just cancel online, you must call them and be subjected to a totally annoying speech which basically is meant to intimidate you into keeping the plan, otherwise known as customer retention. Then, once they agree to cancel your plan, you're put on hold FOREVER, while they "process your request" Once they come back on the line you're told they'll credit everything EXCEPT for a $20.00 Non-Refundable Processing Fee. I told the representative that that was not acceptable as I only had the plan for four days and had never even utilized it. She told me she would AGAIN have to put me hold and check with her supervisor (no doubt in the hopes I would just hang up) she FINALLY came back on the line and told me that her supervisor would make an exception in this case and refund the $20.00 fee. BUYER BEWARE!

This has been the worst consumer service I have ever experienced. Their tagline: "Spend less, get Way more" is a lie and I can prove it. The sofa I purchased that, according to them is an example of them "re-branding" is actually a sofa that they purchase from Ashley Furniture and re-market at inflated prices. My proof? There is a sticker on the piece noting it's an Ashley product with their Model # clearly shown. It took over 6 months to get their Customer Advocacy Dept. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH Customer Service. This as a result of having to contact the Executive Offices in Boston.

Tip for consumers:
Don't go there! Shop anywhere BUT Wayfair

Actually, an Ashley Furniture product "re-branded" by Wayfair at an inflated price which they wound up price matching
