I had designed and ordered shirts for an upcoming river cruise. When I sent the order I immediately noticed I had made a mistake and ordered 2 size small and 5 size large. I needed 1 small and 6 large.
I called the help line within fifteen minutes and was connected with a young lady who's first language did not seem to be English. To make a long story short she indicated the order could not be changed after submitted. I questioned her, regarding adjusting sizes not design on design approval. We could not communicate.
I then sent an email explaining my dilemma to the "help" desk. I received an email indicating nothing could be changed at this time.
However when the proof was sent for approval I could maybe make a change.
I received the email for the proof ( which indicated it was auto approved) and within a half hour emailed my issue regarding adjusting sizes. In response they indicated they had my request and initiated a new email.
Today ( about a week after submitting) I received the shirts one incorrect size so our party of 11 will have 10 people in shirts of the correct size and one will look like a sausage, because they needed a large and received a small.
Disappointed… since I made the issue known immediately and followed up with emails…
