I had to call 4 times over 2 days to get someone who was able to answer a question about how to edit an order. You are clearly using a call center. Also I was given a discount code (Welcome 20) and that I wasn't able to get the system to recognize. The only reason I continued was because you were recommended by the the artist who made my new gathering table. I never got the promised discount even through I spent near $2,000 for the cover. The final product, however, was great.
