Asking to pay to access my account horrible customer service
Asking to pay to access my account. Had 3-4 days delivery send their way, 3 weeks later no emails or any news from them. The contact button on their webpage does not work
UPDATE: 10/10/22
Now almost 2 months later i got an email that they have my package. The package consists of 8 CDs which measure 14x12x7cm. They claim my package is 46x33x7cm that is why i costs that much. After many emails they made it clear that the price wont change they wont check on my package to see if that is really the size, they wont return to sender if i don't pay refund but they don't return within the UK anyway. Costumer service replies are short with no info and very rude sometimes. Oh and to top all of that they said my package will be ''deleted'' after 2 months of storage.
I will never use their service again not only because of the amount they charged but also for the for really bad customer service.

They stole my parcel that was sent to their warehouse in US. Be careful, do not use them as it is...
